Visitors from IFK Switzerland

On Thursday 15th August Swords dojo had a visit from Sensei Andre and Sensei Dolores from IFK Switzerland. They were in Ireland for a wedding and decided to come and train with us. They are pictured here with Sensei Jon Maher.Both Sensei like to travel a lot and when they do they like to train - check these out for a rather unique take on Kata:

• Kanku Dai around the world (Kyokushinkai Karate)
• Sushiho around the world (Kyokushinkai Karate)

Sensei Andre recently represented Switzerland at the 4th IFK World Tournament in London where Sensei Dolores was a Referee. Congratulations to Sensei Dolores as she was recently promoted to 4th Dan. You are both more than welcome to come and train with us anytime.
