Knockdown Squad Training - Westport - 19/07/2014

The next knockdown squad session will be held on July 19th in Westport dojo. It is open to all cadets and seniors interested in learning more about knockdown and for anyone who is competing in the coming year at any level.

The sessions will run from 11.00 - 13.00 and again from 14.00 - 16.00. The cost is €10.

Please bring:

• Shin instep pads
• Wraps or gloves
• Skipping Rope
• Any focus pads you have
  
• Licence
• water
• pen and paper
• Training / running shoes
• Lunch

Please do encourage people from your dojo to go - the more that attend the better the sessions will be. We will schedule the next one for some time in August after this.
