Knockdown Squad Training - Saturday 7th September 2013 - Swords

Just to let you all know that there will be a knockdown training session held this coming Saturday 7th September by Sensei Shane Mulhall in Swords. This is open to anyone interested in knockdown with a view to those competing at the KWU World Tournament in October or the BKK Open in November.

The morning Session will take place in the park near to Swords Dojo from 11:00 - 13:00 - Click here for a map of the location in the park.

The Afternoon Session will take place in Swords Dojo from 14:00 - 16:00. Click here for the location of Swords Dojo.

Cost is €5:00 please bring shorts, tshirt and trainers for morning session and Gi, Wraps and Pads for the afternoon session.

Please note that the morning session will go ahead regardless of the weather (rain has been forecast)
