The first squad training session of the year will be in Galway dojo Sunday 18 January 15:30 – 17:30.
The guys fighting in Scotland could do with some sparring time so if you are available please turn up. There will also be clicker training on at the same time so all are welcome. Please bring pads and water. Cost of session is €7.00
