Kata Training - July and August 2015

The next kata sessions will be on the 25th of July and the 29th of August. The first one will be in Galway Dojo and the second is to be decided, but will be announced before the date.

The format for the 1st session will be as follows

11am to 12pm juniors from youngest to 10 years. Cost will be €5 per student
12pm to 2pm all ages from 11 to the oldest in the IKK. Cost will be €7 per student
2:30pm to 5pm brown belts and dan candidates only. Cost will be €7 per student

More than one class may fit your age category or grade requirement. Feel free to join in at no extra cost.
