Sensei Jon will be holding the next Kata session on February 1st 2014 in Mullingar Dojo from 13.00 to 15.00 - cost is €7.00. Please ensure that you have read the Kata rules and know all the Kata for your category.
This is open to anyone who wants to improve their Kata and for those who wish to compete in Kata competition in the future including the BKK tournament on March 1st and the World Kata Tournament in Belgium on March 15th.
