Zanshin Midlands Open Kata Competition

Participants from Mullingar Kyokushin Karate Club took part in the above Kata (Forms) Open Competition recently. The group had representation in all age categories and took home Gold in Individuals U10yrs U18yrs and Adult sections. Photos show Adults Jason Fox and Ciaran Stapleton, Group photo alongside Sensei Ken Fitzpatrick (Club Instructor) and Conor Fitzpatrick, Allanah and Cillian Arthur (seated).
