Just to let you all know the dates, times and venues of the forthcoming Junior Squad sessions.
31st August - Mullingar dojo - 13.00 - 15.00
September 14 - Galway dojo - 11.00 - 16.30
September 28 - Mullingar dojo - 13.00 - 15.00
October 12 - Mullingar dojo - 13.00 - 15.00
Please note that all sessions cost €7.00 and that you should bring pads, licence and water. Sensei Steve has asked that any ex members of the Junior squad come along to help out especially for sparring. If any of the brown and black belts would like to come along your help would also be appreciated.
