On Sunday 11th August 2013 Galway dojo will be hosting a Kyu grading followed by a course devoted to the 4th and 3rd Kyu syllabus. This is open to all students of 4th Kyu and above. Amongst the areas covered will be Kata, Kihon and Kumite (Knockdown).
The grading will take place from 10.00am to 12.00pm (cost for Juniors is €10.00 and Seniors is €20.00). The course will follow at 12.30pm to 4.00pm (cost is €8.00). The last hour of the course will focus on Knockdown with particular emphasis on correcting and improving technique.
Please bring licence, pen and paper, pads and water.
