There was a National Grading taking place over
the 25th and 26th of April for those going for Second Kyu all the way up to
Sandan. Sensei
Kevin Callan was in charge of the grading and he was assisted by
Sensei
Shane Lalor . The
grading took place in the Killester
Dojo and the times were are as follows
Saturday: 10.00am - 5.00pm
There was only one candidate for
the Dan grading this time. After a hard days testing Sensei Kevin
announced the result. Congratulations to our new Senpai - David King who has
taken over the running of Galway
dojo.
Also present for the weekend was Tommy Welsh from Scotland. Tommy is a blue
belt who was holidaying in Ireland for a week and came to train in killester Dojo while he was here.
