Sensei
Ken Fitzpatrick hosted a training course in Mullingar
dojo on Saturday 17th May. Shihan Graham Warden (5th Dan) of
Bethnal Green Dojo in London took the day long course which catered for
students of all ages. Shihan Graham is the English Knockdown Coach and
represented the BKK in the World Open Weight Tournament in Japan in 1987. Lee
priest also of Bethnal Green was also in attendance after her top 8 finish
in the 2nd IFK World Tournament in Valencia, Spain in Novemebr 2002. Colm
Daly (2nd Dan) was also on hand having returned to Ireland like Sensei Ken
after a succesful stint training in Bethnal Green during which time both men
fought in Open Weight and Weight Category World Tournaments. Shihan Grahams
record speaks for itself and everyone, instructors and students, learnt
a lot on the day.
